questions about table and array

I want to build an array of 2D  whose format is floating from a table. That is after i entered numerical datum into the table, the value curve of the datum displayed automatically on the XYGraph. Besides, i don't need to open that spreadsheet, just display the curve according the datum that i entered into the table. To reach the goal, how should i do? thanks
