The name/toolkit has changed names in the last couple of years but it's now called the Model Interface Toolkit and is part of the Veristand Installer. It allows you to compile Simulink models in MATLAB into a DLL and you can then run them in LabVIEW (and on RT targets). You can also run .mdl files on Windows as long as you have MATLAB and Simulink installed.
