pulse parameters

I'm looking for help on the LV-supplied function Pulse Parameters.vi, which appears in an application I have inherited.  When I clickon "detailed help" for the item, I get a "this program can't display the webpage" error message from Labview help.  Searching the LV help also turns up nothing.  I would like to know in detail what the function does.  Thank you.

Hi there

this seems to be a bug in the LV documentation of LV 8.5. The help tag of "Pulse Parameter.vi" is <helpdir>:\lvanls.chm\Pulse_Parameters.html. This tag does not exist!

In 7.x the prior version is documented (see attachment)
