The formula (a quadratic polynome) is published in the "Norm". It
translates temperature into resistance.

If you need something what translates resistance to temperature, you
should take a table which you produce outside of the vi with a simple
programm.

LabVIEW has a VI to convert resistance to temperature (for
values greater than 0C) - Functions- Data Acquisition -
Signal Conditioning.

See IEC 751 for Pt100 details, you can find the equation, coefficients
and an online calculator here,
