prompt not displaying

I can't seem to figure out why my prompt isn't displaying in the small VI attached.  I expect the text string to appear at the top of the windows dialog box.  I'm using LabView 8.5.

Are you sure the file exists? If the false case executes, no dialog occurs.

Run with execution highlighting on or put an indicator on the "file or folder exists?" wire to see what is going on.

Yes, I'm sure the file exists and I am getting a file delete confirmation dialog box.  See attached.

Read the help on the function. Only if the file path is empty or Not a Path do you get a file dialog window. The file dialog window allows you to select a file or directory. It has nothing to do with the confirmation dialog. This happens after you select a file or directory.
