First of all, please use some more powerful title if you are requesting help from the people in this forum, because "project help" is not attracting a lot of helpers.
"how to play soundfiles using quicktime" would be a lot better, for example.
Your request, however, is not easy to answer. This depends on the software delivered by quicktime. Is any dll delivered with the program, that let's you call functions from labview?
If so, you can do as shown in the LabVIEW Help Example: "Play Audio Files.vi" or "Sound Player.vi"
