programmatically start and stop web service

Is it possible to programmatically start/stop the web service?  I would like to allow http requests for a while but then at scheduled times only accept tcp/ip messages.  When those scheduled times are over, http requests could again be received.

Simply open an application reference, then create a WebServer Active property node. See screenshot below.



Simply send a TRUE or FALSE to enable or disable the LabVIEW web server.
