problem with internet toolkit

hi everyone

i m using LabVIEW internet toolkit. in my project when i enter through website and give the server address then. server will upload it page.

then i m giving my information to the server and then server from its database give me the data. but i donot know when i enter some details how can i get data. i m using CGI.

actuall i have one application which is continuously running on the server. from the remote space i will enter ip of the server, the server will publish the webpage indicating welcom screen.

then in this webpage i will enter the details. and press submit button then internally one query will be fired contains data what i have enterded and give me the response on page. i m using oracle databse on server side. i know that CGI is capable for this application  but dont know how to develope the application as i am new to internet tool kits.
