problem with drawing of graph scale/cursor numbers with transparency (OSX)

when creating a graph with bg color = transparent under the graph and under the cursor
the numbers displayed for the scale and the cursor are badly redrawn.
i think it is a bug
i know it can be overpassed with making this color consistant but unfortunatly, you can't change programatically the cursor indicator background color

PIBee,

I have a couple of quick questions for you to help me investigate this.

Which version of LabVIEW are you seeing this with?

Also would it be possible for you to attach a screenshot of the redraw problem so that I know what to look for when I try to reproduce this behavior?

Thanks,

My version of LV is 8.2

i just checked, before sending you this reply and screen capture,on different machines
it appears that the problem is only visible on intel machines (i tried on a macmini and a macbookpro)
there is no such effect on a powerPc (G5)

PIBee,

I don't have an Intel Mac to test this on so I am going to pass the issue onto our R&D team for further investigation.

As you may know LabVIEW 8.2 was released as a universal binary for pioneer customers to try on their Intel Macs (more details here) and we appreciate feedback such as this so that we can improve future versions.

Regards,

Simon
