prevent relay flicker using ni-6501

How can I stop flicker on my relays which I am driving using an NI  USB-6501. I have found several example timed VIs but they all produce a flicker.

You'll have to give more information.  What VI are you using?  How are your relays wired up?

A flicker problem sounds like a hardware issue.  I doubt that you are going to be able to solve that with in a VI which is software.

By "flicker" are you referring to relay bounce? If so, software will definitely not fix this, as that's a side-effect of mechanical relays. You could use solid state relays as an alternative.

Assuming, of course, you're actually talking about bounce, of course.
