Hello all,
I would much appreciate if someone could shed some light on my dilemma.
I am trying to create a power trendline within Labview on sample data, that matches Excel's trendline with the same sample data.
I have attached the vi and a picture of the excel plot to show the difference.
It is like the excel trend line is some sort of interpolation algorithm that i do not understand how to imitate in labview.
If anyone has any suggestions to make Labview imitate Excel, that would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

You simply need to generate a x ramp with more data, apply the model wit the best fit based on the paramters, and plot it.

Thanks for the reply.
I noticed that the equation of the trend lines still do not match (Labview vs Excel). Just having a look now, to see why.

Look at the residual. The excel fit is pretty poor, especially for the third point.

Thanks!
I see the errors in my way now.
Cheers.
