power supply

We are currently using a CompactRIO 9067, with 9201, 9207, 9474 and 9853 modules. We need to know if it is compulsory to supply power just to the 9067 or module to module.

Hi Marta,

usually you only need to power supply the cRIO - unless the module manual says something different…

The 9853 CAN module needs an external power supply for its second CAN port. See the manual!

The 9474 DO module switches an external power supply as is explained in the manual!
