Dragging VI position not working

I want to be able to "drag" a VI around (basically move it like in Windows), but the result is very jittery and doesn't seem to be moving correctly (not getting a 1-1 ratio with my mouse position). Any suggestions?  VI is attached

Edit:  I'm an idiot.  I was using "panel" mouse coords, not absolute coords...  I have programmed before - I promise.

It seems to work better when you acquire the mouse position on the monitor as opposed to the mouse position on the front panel. Also the program seemed to function better whe the front panel position was acquired everytime the mouse went down. See if this functions better.
