LabVIEW is not electronic simulation software, it is an automation programming language.
You need to use something like NI Multisim to simulate and calculate that circuit. Also see the Multisim board.
Now if you want to build or have that circuit built and want to test and measure it's physical operating parameters using automated test equipment like programmable power sources, loads, power analyzer, oscilloscope, meters, DAQ's , etc.,then LabVIEW is what you would use.
