pcAnywhere problems with Labview

I'm using pcAnywhere remote in order to support a remote tester. On the remote tester I have TetStand 3.1 & Labview 7.1.
The problem is with Labview. I cannot see on the remote PC some pop up menues that appear on host when I'm right click the mouse.
(For example when right click on an input terminal of some function block).
Attached screen jpeg files of remote & host.
Some Technical details:
OS on remote & host: WINDOWS 2000 SP 4.
pcAnywhere 10.5.0
No Ni software is installed on remote PC.
On Host PC: TestStand 3.1 & Labview 7,1

This issue is caused by PCAnywhere being unable to capture the LabVIEW menu animations. To fix this, disable the menu animations in LabVIEW.

In LabVIEW 8.5, you do this through the Tools->Options... menu. In the "Environments" category, there is a checkbox to "Disable menu animation." Check this, and your menus should now work.
