one button dilogue box solution

i have used one button dilouge box for a case structure .if the "Ok" button is pressed it is exicuting the true case .untill and unless i press the "OK" button it wont execute any thing...i need the false case to keep on executing untill  "OK" button is pressed.. please heelp me out
