offset problem when acquiring multiple analog input

HI!I am using a PCMIO16E1. I am acquiring 6 channels of analog input from a force transducer. When no force is applied i find that there is a huge offset in all the channels. Any ideas on how i get rid of these? Kindly help!

Make sure ALL your unused inputs are terminated. (Use a 100k-500k resistor to ground on each one. The multiplexing architecture of the input almost guarantees that you will have offset problems if you don't do this!

Good luck!

hi!Thanks thatw aorked but the offset just beacme half. So there still is a large offset. I am using 6 analog input channels, getting data through BNC cabels and all are nonreferenced single ended. I checked all my hardware stuff and there is no offset on those. Do you have any idea why i am getting offset. The first channel gives me an offset of 2.5volts,second gives 1.3 and the third gives 3.8v, the rest of the inputs give an offset of 0.3v.
Thanks once again!
