non-sequential numeric input

What is the best control to use when the input choices are not sequential?

For example, 0-2, 10-12, 40-42, 100-102, etc.

I was thinking on using a Text Ring or a Menu Ring.

Either one will work. The functionality is basically the same, but the look of the control is different, so it depends on whether this is the front panel of a top-level UI or a subVI. On a UI the menu ring looks like a "regular" control, whereas the text ring doesn't.
