no matter how i tried ,the problem still can not be resolved

dear ni engineers:
i have tried all that i can try to resolve my PC-LPM-16 card, but the problem still, and test resource still tell me that "the device is not responding to the selected base address", and i guess this card mush have some problem, so , please tell me how to contact with you, and may i send it to you? then you can repair it or check it.
