What about using the "Create a build spec" option?

In creating an executable from your LabVIEW VI you usually first define a build spec(ification)! This option is available for host computer, RT target and FPGA target as well…
(And it is also shown in the image which you attached to your message!)

Hi Alex,
so you are able to define a BuildSpec? And you found the "Build" button when you open the BuildSpec?
When you need more help you could attach your whole project, nicely packed in a ZIP file.
(Or you may try the CompileFarm service provided by NI.)

Hi Alex,
Not a technical suggestion but I find myself stuck at that stage quite a few times. It usually happens for me after I cancel an on-going compilation and attempt to re-compile.
So I force quite the compiler and restart it then when I attempt to compile again, everything works fine after that. (Quit Immediately option).
EDIT: This is not a solution. But something if you would like to try.
