need some help - CRIO/FPGA/XILINX TOOLS

hello everyone.

i'm a beginner to labview crio,and i had a problem working with crio9074..i'm trying to write some fpga program and run it on 9074, but whenever i tried to run the VI it shows "The compilation tools are not installed". Then I realized that i need to intall xilinx tools 12.4(i've already installed lv2011,realtime module,fpga module,CRIO 4.1).

Now the promblem i'm facing is that i can't find the download link on NI website. It only provides the downloads for 10.1 and 13.4 but not for 12.4 anymore..

so could anyone guide me where to find this 12.4?

hi i think you can to xilinx homepage to download tools.

Hey Edmond,

You should be able to download the Xilinx Tools here (http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2882/lang/en). Installing ISE directly from Xilinx will not get you all of the software that you need, as our download also includes a "Compile Server" and "Compile Worker" that enable LabVIEW to talk with the Xilinx Toolchain. i tried to install 13.4, but it just doesn't work with lv2011.

at last i found a lv2011 platform DVD, and installed from it. problem solved.
