myDAQ arbitrary signal generation with LabVIEW

Hi,

I modified one signal generator vi in order to generate arbitrary signal.Strangely it is working for all standard signals, but not arbitrary one. I tried the "Simulate Signal" function, it is working fine. However, when I change the connection to "Simulate Arbitrary Signal", the signal does not look as it is meant to be in myDAQ/ao1 (but fine with any standard signal). On the waveform graph, everything looks fine, but not on the hardware. Anyway, I observe the generated signal with the oscilloscope. Attached is the .vi file and screenshot.

there is no problem in your code apparently, the answer to your question is in the datasheet of the myDAQ you are using.

The device can generate signals from the analog output with a certain frequency and range.

Since the data received is arbitrary can be out of range and frequency.
