Hi, I'm new at this. I need help to develop a motor controller so I can control speed, direction and angle position. I need to start from scratch.

You're starting from scratch, but do you have any hardware requirements? You can't throw this incredibly vague assignment at us and expect us to be able to help.

Have you written any code yet? (Attach what you have tried. People get paid to develop projects like this professionally, and you probably won't find anyone who will just do this for you.)

You don't have to be sorry you asked, you just need to give more information if you would like help. You can't hop in a cab and say "Take me somewhere." The cabbie needs more information about your end goal.
