modify customized control

Hi, I made many customized controls for a GUI, but now I have to change some of them. I'd like to edit an old .ctl and apply the new changes to all the buttons that are using it, but I haven't been able to that. If I edit an old .ctl changes are not applied to the related buttons, and the only way I found to customize again my buttons is to create another new .ctl. This could be a way, but I have many identical buttons which refers to the same .ctl and I don't want to change all of them one by one... I guess there is a very simple way to edit .ctl and apply the new changes to all the related buttons, but I didn't found how to do it yet... Any suggestions?

Thanks!!

Hi biomed,

changing your "ctl" file to a "strict typedef" should force all instances to take the new appearance… (You can switch back to standard "typedef" later on.)

Best regards,
