missing functions cRIO labview

Hello, 

Last week everything was working fine and I don't know what changed but now when I create a new VI with a targeted device, cRIO-9114 none of the functions show up. When I right click the palette is completely empty. This only happens with the cRIO's VIs. Also, I noticed that inside the project beside the name of the cRIO it says "features not available" which wasn't there last week.

Are your licenses for the current version of LabVIEW that you are using active?

Has all modules for that LabVIEW version an active valid license?

I'm curently using the evaluation version but I still have 15 more days until it expires. Do you think that could be the reason why it is not showing the functions anymore?

Please explain what the solution was to help other people who might have the same problem in the future.
