Hi Mputu,

Showing an image of a VI is like showing an image of your car to the repair shop and asking for specific engine problems.
What kind of answer do you expect with so little information?
How does the "measurement keep changing"?
Which results do you get?
How did you configure your DAQAssistents?
How did you wire your DAQ device?
And so much more questions…

Point 1: let say you set you current control to 1.5A and on the Control Panel it show 1.5A then it change to a value high than that let say 2.17A, the control Panel Value it constantly changing which makes it difficult to calibrate it.
Point2: How did you configure your DAQAssistents?
since the ACS712 can give me analog value which will not go high than 5V so i set the DAQAssitents Voltage input setup to Max:5,Min:0, Terminal configuration: RSE please check the attached image.
Point3: How did you wire your DAQ device?
Please see the attached image.
Please write to me if there are other information you might need

Hi Mputu,
How did you wire your DAQ device? Please see the attached image.
"ai" means "analog input", not "output"…
Where does the 5V supply for that litte PCB come from? Where did you connect GND to?
How did you configure your DAQAssistents?
You set the DAQAssistent to read 1k samples at 1kS/s, but all your indicators are just scalars: which of those 1000 samples per DAQmxRead operation will be displayed?

Hi GerdW,
The 5V supply of the ACS712 i connect it to a constant 5V supply of the NI-6009 device.
Could you please advice on the DAQAssistent configuration set up.
