It seems that you have already posted your question in another thread, but basically the way to "convert" your excisting scripts to Labview is to use a MathScript node. You can find this node in the functions pallete under Programming >> Structures >> MathScript Node. You can right click the border of the node and select Import and select the file that contains your code. Please be advised that some functions are not supported by the MathScript node and therefore they will not work. I would imagine that this would be the case if you are using speciallized CDMA functions from MATLAB. Please refer to the help file for a list of supported functions.
As far as your hardware is concerned, you need to specify what are you trying to accomplish (what kind of signals).
