make a VI run first time only

Hi

 

Can I make the software activation part of my LabView application run only the first time (i.e. during installation) and never after that? If so, how? Could anyone help?

In the build spec of the installer there is an option to run an exe after installation completes

Just set the path to your software activation exe (And of course include the exe in the source)
