lvm segment reader

I am very new to Labview 2011. I am recording a lvm file using Write to measurement File 2 (express). I read file back using Read from measurement file (express). This all works fine. I take a .5 sec record every 1 sec and it plays back fine. I wish to stop/pause read back of file or display a specific segment. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Would you mind posting the code you have so far? There are a number of ways to implement a pause and it's all dependent on the structure of the code you have written thus far.
