lost functions palette

I am using dual monitors.   Sometimes I loose the fun ctions palette as if it was on another part of the screen I can't see.  Selecting the funtions palette under the View menu on the block diagram does nothing.  Even after restarting LabView I still can't find it.

What happens if you right click on the block diagram?

When I right click on the block diagram I see the functions palette but then it goes away as soon as I click anywhere else.

In the upper left hand corner of the pallette there is a push-pin. Click on it.
