listbox highlight automatically

I found this exsample from discussion forum. I want to use it for a single cul listbox, does not work. There is no selection color property for single cul listbox in lV 7.1. Please help how to highlight a single cul listbox iterm automatically when the other process is moving.

Just wire your number to the listbox if it is an indicator (or a local variable if it is a control).

See attached (LabVIEW 7.1).

Is there a particular reason why you must use a single column listbox? Use a multicolumn and only make it shown one column. That is one of the available properities "Number of columns". Make it as wide as you need.

Sorry, maybe I misunderstood what you want to do (what is a cul? ;))

For a singlecolumn listbox, you would do basically what I suggested. If you want to highlight multiple lines, set the selection mode to  2 (zero or more elements) and wire an array containing the desired line numbers.

Just write to "top row" to keep the active line in view. Modify as needed.
