Can any buddy have some example of VISA and serial communication(on LabView
5.x).Please email me some VI where I can set serial port and write a command
to serial port, and also read the serial port to access the data on serial
port.

There's an example on the ViSA pallette called "Easy VISA Serial Write & Read.vi"
