error number is -2147138395

I’m seeing error -2147138395. The online master state shows Operational, but the Interactive Test Panel (Browser) also reports -70229.

Has anyone run into this combination of errors? How can I resolve it?

Hi,

 

To resolve error -2147138396 , please add the Set Scan Engine Mode VI to your project and set the mode to Active.
