Is it possible to use a cRIO device with labview, using dash7 protocol?

Hi Labviewr,

Yes a cRIO and LabVIEW will be able to communicate with your dash 7 sensors provided you have a module that can receive the wireless Dash 7 comms.  If this device can be communicated with through serial then In-VISA/NI-Serial can be used to communicate with this.  Can you give me more details on how you want to receive the signals?

So the crio does not have a dash7 protocol option, as there is a corresponding zigbee module option? So a configuration would be: sensor; dash7 data transmission; device x module; ni crio; labview; data export file?

You are right there is not a Dash7 option on the cRIO.
