Hello!
I'm using labview fpga and a cRIO. I measure a very fast voltage (it's a inductive sensor, and when it sees teeth it's sends a high pulse of tension).
I want to export these values to excel or matlab. (like this I can analyse better)
I don't really know from where I have to start, I saw a lot of speaking about FIFO but before going in it, I want to ask if this is the good option?
And if somone can send a link where there are good explanations it would be lovely.
Thanks and have a beautifull day
Leo

Yes, FIFOs are a good option.
For example just start a new project from File menu to get an overview of available exasmple projects coming with LabVIEW. There are several examples showing how to transfer data from FPGA to RT to (Windows) host computer…

Thanks for your answer.
However I didn't find how to transfer data from FPGA to RT, I just find to transfer from normal labview to RT. If you can help me if yould be lovely.
Thank you
Leo

File menu -> New… opens a dialog to start new projects.
Within the list there are "Projects from Assistent", with "FPGA projects" as one of the options.
Then follow the assistent…
You can also open the example finder, filter for "FIFO" and study all those example projects…
