labview 6 input information to a database

TO ANYONE THAT CAN HELP
I am trying to create a program to store information to a file.  There
would bea few questions where you would type in your responce and when submitted
allthe data goes into a file.  That file would then get larger and larger as
eachresponce is submitted.  I was trying to use strings but couldn't get it to
workany help would be greatly appreciated.  I was looking for a program already written

but I need version 6.

If you want to interface to a database, try LabSQL. NI sells a database connectivity toolkit but I don't know if they support it for LabVIEW 6. p.s. It's not a good idea to post your email in such a public forum unless you enjoy getting spam. All responses should be made through the forum anyway.
