labview 2010 upgrade to 2020

Good morning everybody, i just changed my old pc with labview 2010 with a new one with labview 2020 but i have some problem comunicating with my NI devices like RT industrial controller, cDaq, cRio. in particular when i load a project (that works with old pc and labview 2010) it appears a pop-up message: "Labview currently cannot load the selected item. the required module, driver or plug-in either is not installed or has an expired license. ask the creator of the item or its project what software it requires". how can i made a project created with labview 2010 working with labview 2020? does it need driver update? have i to re-write all the program with labview 2020? Thanks in advance.

Yes.  You will need to install all the drivers on your new PC.  DAQmx and cRIO drivers at a minimum based on what you said.  Also, the NI Real-Time module.

You can find them in your installation media…

Maybe you should call your local NI sales/support department to discuss about missing toolkits/modules of your new LV2020 license?

Best regards,

The DAQmx and cRIO drivers can be installed through NI Package Manager.  (You may need to do a search for them.)

The Real-time module is a licensing thing.  I don't remember how mine installed, I'm guessing also through NI Package Manager, but it would need a license number that includes RT to activate it .

Nobody did mention JKI VIPM here.

Raven'sFan wrote about NIPM, which is the "kind of new" package manager supplied by NI…

I have to say I hate NI's decision to name the package manager something so similar.
