lab view basics

Hello, I am new user here. I am trying to learn Labview through operating basics which is available in the help file. Despite that i am limited to certain examples and my requirement is more on GPIB stuff. I would appreciate if any one could identify me some things to learn from scratch in GPIB interfacing in labview?
