interactive execution mode in FPGA

I am not sure you can run the host to FPGA methods while the FPGA is running without throwing an error.  I will do some more researching though as to how  you can accomplish it.

Can anyone on the board confirm this hypothesis?

Could you explain in more detail which problems you are running into when trying to interface a C API with your FPGA? Unfortunately, I did not see any information about the error, -61203, you mentioned.

Could you also explain what your application is trying to do? Thanks!
