I am trying to build instant help for some function buttons, that is, once mouse move to this button it will display some help massage regaring the functionality. Please give any clue to do it.

Are you talking about tip strips- little messages that pop up when you hover over an item in the front panel?
Right click on a control, select Description and Tip , then enter text that you want to appear.

Also go to the Tools, Options, Front Panel and make sure that the check box for "Show tip strips for ..." is checked.
