install build error -12

As soon as I right click on New->Installer there is a short pause and I get an error -12. I have attached a screen shot of the message box. I have tried three different projects, one being just a front panel with a digital control.

What version of LV?

Were the projects created in an earlier version?

What if you create a very simple project containing just a VI that simply adds two numbers together, does that work?

Using LV 2010 Sp1 Full Development System and App Builder. Tried three different VIs, one just a front panel with a digital control. Been doing lots of devekopment with this machine but this is the first time I tried to build an install file. Building the EXE works fine. Loaded the EXE, the 2010 RTE and Visa 4.6 RTE on the target machine and it all worked.

Easier said than done. Who knows where those original discs are after all this time. We do have a LV 2013 system at the lab, the Professional version which has the App Builder, I might copy my files over to it and give that a try.
