insert visa resource dropdown

So I get a lot of these examples with serial communication and they all have this Visa Resource name dropdown list that lets me select from a list of serial ports.

How do I make/insert one of these without simply copying and pasting from other VIs?

On a front panel, it's on the I/O palette.

In the controls palette, under Modern -> I/O there is a VISA REsource Name.
