Hi Anna,

Do you see this same error when you run the Grab.vi or the Snap.vi example that comes with the driver?  It can be found with the imaqUSB Examples in the C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.2\examples\IMAQ folder.  Also what version of LabVIEW are you using IMAQ for USB with?  And what operating system are you running this on?

Let me know how it goes when you run those examples, it could be that there was something that didn't get installed with your driver that should have.

Keep me posted.

Hello GiGe

Thank you for your advice - I attach files with errors while running snap.vi and grab.vi.   I am using LabView 8.0 and NI Vision Assistant 8.0.0,  I have Windows XP+SP2.

Let me know what should I do.

Anna

PS.(sorry for  delay:) - I was on my holidays but during this time my problem has not desappear)

I have just read another posts- and i think that i have found the answer -it is the matter of OS- I have Polish version.

Maybe you know another solution than switching to English version of Windows?

Hi Anna,

It may be a good idea to try using English, but you will also want to make sure that your camera has DirectShow support.  The IMAQ USB driver will only work with cameras that have DirectShow support.  Let me know if it works in English.
