Here i have Given a example my file which conatin G and R  i want to find all R and replace with G. and cobine in in one column.. example is given belowe

Perhaps it would help us understand better if you'd put the expected result in a screen-shot of your front panel.  I can't tell what you need.

That "image" is a VI Snippet.  You can drag it to your block diagram and it'll magically become LabVIEW code.  🙂

I think you're missing what I've done.  I've addressed every group of data from your file in the While loop, with the shift register passing the "offset past match" to the "offset" terminal in the next iteration.
