i need to convert from lv5 to lv20101

Hi 

i need to convert projects from LV5 to LV 2010. I know i need to use a lower version first, and have try this with LV8 but it didn't work. I'm guessing I need to use a lower version but unfortunately I don't have access to any. Could someone help me out?

I'm attaching the zip files.
