i am trying to write an application on LabVIEW 7 demostrating a USB connection web camera and controlling the program via PC or a built-in Bluetooth PPC. I would like to add a Bluetooth USB doungle for wireless connectivity. I had PCI 1411 NI-IMAQ. Can anyone give any comments to guide me? I am new here so if the question is asked before, please pardon my ignorance. thanks in advance.

There are several posts of people asking/telling about USB webcam drivers. Goto http://search.ni.com/?col=alldocs&layout=TechResources&ql=a and look for labview webcam .
The Bluetooth USB dongle is another challenge. Do you want to write directly to the dongle (post on GPIB group) or do you have a dll that will handle the low level details for you? If you have the dll, you will probably want to read "Using External Code in LabVIEW". You can find it by opening LabVIEW >> help >> search the LabVIEW bookshelf.
