There are a variety of DLLs for reading Zip archives, but the ones I have used are the DynaZip products from Inner Media. They are low cost and don't have any licensing fees for distribution. You can even download trial versions from the companies website:

If you get this product, you want the ActiveX version. I can also send you drivers in Ver 6.0.2 format for use with them. To be honest, there were a few things that I needed to figure out experimentally and the documentation isn't great, but their tech support is always available and very helpful.
