how to determing the time between every two while loop that there wasn't any wait.vi in it?

I'have a very complex vi consisting of several while loops in which there wasn't any wait functions. so the time between every two while loop is undeterministic. Will some one please help me about how to calculate the unpredictable time between every while loop?
