Respected sir,

          i am suffering with a problem that  How to count rpm from the  waveform of hall sensor by using NI-DAQ and LabView.i was strucked in the step that how to calculate the  pulses time  obtained from hall sensor? 

so please can anyone say step by step process that  to calculate rpm.which components should i use in vi.

and if possible send me the related vi to this problem.

input signal=hall sensor wave form,

diameter of my wheel =6.8cm

 

in the attached pic my vi is wrong...

so please help me...

(Frequency x 60) / (pulses per revolution).
