I do not have the time to answer your question at the momment but I can help you get an answer.

1) Break up you question in to smaller parts. Example: I have a XXXX interface that I want to use to acquire thermocouple readings. WHere can I find an example that demonstrates how to do this?
Next Question:
I have thermocouple reading I have acquired, How can I average these readings?

2) Post these simpler questions to the LabVIEW general list. You will get more response on that list.
